There are people who claims to have insomnia but the reality is that they really didn’t have, it is all in their minds that’s why it seem that the really have but they don’t. There are some factors that do affect everyone sleep and it is the common reason why people didn’t able to sleep well or not to sleep at all. The common reason why someone can’t sleep well is because he or she thinks of something which does bothers him or her and leads to not sleep feeling; the other reason is the environment.
I do know someone who really can’t sleep on a quite place as he always thing of scary things which make him scary and because of that feeling of him, he can’t sleep well for he always look around him thinking of scary thing to happen, but there are also other who can’t sleep without having a bedding. If you use to have a baby bedding, kids bedding and crib bedding when you are young, it will probably make your sleep dependent on where you sleep. And that is one of the common factors why other people can’t sleep well and there are other reasons out there and sure that it is not a good thing to have.
